This wine has come from a year in which the vines overproduced, resulting in a lighter style of Shiraz.  As it does not represent the style for which we are known, it has been released as a cleanskin only.

Appearance: Mid red with crimson hues

Nose: Attractive nose of raspberry, red currant, spice and pepper.

Palate: Raspberry and blueberry with a hint of spice and gentle oak. Medium bodied with a soft finish.

Serving suggestions: A lighter style of red that is better suited to lamb, duck chicken and pork dishes. Try it with antipasto or a vegetarian lasagne.
