This wine is predominantly Shiraz with a little Viognier added to provide aromatic lift.
Appearance: Deep red with garnet hues Nose: Cherry, blackberry and raspberry, with hints of spice and smoky oak. Palate: Cherry, blackberry and blueberry, balanced by juicy acidity, charry oak and delicate tannins. Medium to full bodied with a soft finish. Serving suggestions: A wine like this handles more robust dishes such as roast beef, lamb or pork. It is a perfect match to a big juicy steak or game meats such as kangaroo or venison.
