This wine is made from a blend of premium white varieties producing a fruity wine style with subtle oak flavours.
Nose: Peach, nectarine, and mango with subtle oak. Palate: Nectarine, apricot and peach against a soft smokey oak background. Serving suggestions: Try it with a terrine or a plate of antipasto. The wine will work well with prawns, scallops, or a whole baked fish. It is a good match to turkey or BBQ chicken and foods with creamy sauces such as pasta. Think about it with a cheese soufflé. Drink to 2013 $25 per bottle / $269 case |
