The Cabernets is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec made from fruit sourced exclusively from the Nursery block.  It is only available to Cellar Door and Mailing List customers.

Appearance: Mid purple with plum hues.

Nose: Blackcurrant, plums and subtle dusty oak.

Palate: A complex wine which displays an array of dark fruits with hints of aniseed and cedary oak. The wine finishes long with velvety tannins.

Serving suggestions: This wine works well with game birds such as duck or pigeon, and excels with Italian dishes such as osso bucco or veal involtini. Head south of the border and match it with enchiladas. Try it with a mature cheddar.
