Viognier is rare white variety from France that we grow to blend (3 or 4%) with our Shiraz to provide aromatic lift. In 2011 we had some rows left over and decided to make it as a white wine in a wooded style.

The fruit for the Early Harvest Riesling is picked as the grapes begin to ripen, producing a lower alcohol wine in a semi-sweet style.

This wine is 100% Riesling made in a dry style.

This wine is predominantly Shiraz with a little Viognier added to provide aromatic lift.
